Availability and Reservation Request

This calendar displays the dates and cottages that are currently available at Deer Park Lodge. July and August we rent by the week only unless we have a last minute cancellation.

note: This form does not book the cottage. It only sends a request for booking to our office.

Reservation Policy:

  • 50% of your deposit will be refunded providing cancellation is received in writing 30 days prior to your arrival date.
  • No Show Policy: You are responsible for the full balance.
  • Damage Deposit: Charges will be applied proportionate to damages
  • Guest Fees; $25/night or $100/week
  • HST tax applicable
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.
