Reservation Policy

• A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Weekly deposit $500. Weekend deposit $100. Long Weekend deposit $200.
• 50% of the deposit is refunded providing the cancellation is received in writing 30 days prior to your arrival date.
• If you neglect to cancel your reservation you are responsible for the balance in full.
• Damage Deposits will be applied proportionately.
• A $100 cleaning fee will be charged to your account if the cottage isn’t left in the condition in which it was found upon arrival
• Guest Fees; $25/night or $100/week
• HST tax applicable
